Venue & target specifications
WKTL-affiliated venues must meet a consistent set of facility and target specifications so league scores and tournament results are comparable everywhere in the world. These cover lane geometry, target board construction, fault-line distances, and the official target stencil for each discipline.
- Lanes: No Spin and Rotational throws are made from behind regulation fault lines, with Distance rounds stepping progressively farther back. Each lane contains two targets with safety walls or fences enclosing the throwing area.
- Target boards: End-grain cottonwood or poplar, mounted with the center bullseye 60 in from the floor.
- Stencils & markings: Official WKTL stencil for the 2026 ruleset; bullseyes outlined in red, scoring rings in black.
